Learn about us

Sustainable practices have long been a part of our daily lives. What we’ve realised over the years, however, is that sustainable living must go hand in hand with sustainable work. Having seen tons of plastic and food go to waste, we decided it’s time to rethink how we organise events and how we can reduce our environmental footprint in the process. After in-depth research and interviews with experts, we’ve found that we can replace virtually everything that goes into an event with a more environment-friendly option. And so we did.

How we make a difference

Catering

Catering

When creating event menus, we do our best to feature locally-grown, seasonal produce and go easy on meat. Plastic is not welcome at our events – we only use glass, china and metal tableware. We also make sure that leftover food goes to a good home or compost bin, rather than to waste. Learn more

Logistics

Logistics

We always go the extra mile to reduce our transportation footprint and encourage guests to do the same. That said, transportation can rarely be taken out of the equation altogether. This is why we’ve teamed up with environmental engineers to calculate how much harmful emissions we generate through deliveries, meetings, site inspection and guest transportation. And joined MyForest’s reforestation initiative to offset our greenhouse gas footprint. Learn more

Decorations

Decorations

On-point, on-brand venue styling is a top-of-the-list priority to us. So is making sure that we rent all event decorations and accessories instead of buying, or at least find a way to recycle them. Our banners often find a new home in local preschools, while flower decorations are donated to retirement homes. Learn more

Venues

Venues

As a zero-waste agency, green event venues are our soft spot. We champion like-minded restaurants, hotels and businesses who are open to new ways of thinking and doing, and feel as strongly about sustainability as we do

Cleaning

Cleaning

We collect waste selectively both during and after our events. Yes, we know the difference between polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene, and which bin they go in. Plus, we only use eco-friendly cleaning products to keep event space sparkling clean and protect our waters. Learn more

Planning

Planning

Our events are green from the get-go. The first thing we tell clients is that we have no business cards, our office runs on green energy and we ditched Google for an engine that plants trees after each search. You’ll hardly ever see us drive a car or deliver a package using any other means than bicycle couriers HajtiPajti. Except if they’re too busy and we need to hop in a GreenGo to hand-deliver a package by electric vehicle. Learn more

Education

Education

Promoting sustainability is central to our mission. We’re committed to continuously educating ourselves and our partners on sustainable practices – and finding ways to raise awareness among event attendees, too.
