Bayer Explore – Sustainable office grand opening
We organised an exciting office grand opening for Bayer, with nearly 200 attendees. The event aimed for employees to explore the new office through station-based games and learn about its sustainable solutions. Gergő Bódi, a member of the Momentán Company, hosted the event, guiding the guests through the programmes while entertaining them. The event was named “Bayer Explore,” which perfectly matched the event’s goal: to discover the new office.
The project
The office itself was designed according to green principles. The plant wall beautifully decorates the space, providing fresh air and a positive environment. During the event, a CompostCity robot in the kitchen assisted with waste collection and composting while guests enjoyed the selfie droid and Greenbox photo opportunities. Additionally, educational LED posters showcased our eco-friendly solutions. We emphasised using LED lights as decoration, offering a modern, energy-efficient solution. This contributed to the office’s environmentally conscious appearance and atmosphere.
